The first major update for Modern Warfare 2 drops on November 16, and with it comes the new Seasonal Prestige system. Seasonal Prestige Release Date Seasonal Prestige Will Be Available from November 16, 2022 Season 1 Goes Up to Prestige 5 PrestigeĪt the end of Season 1, you will be able to continue ranking up from where you left off, meaning you won't have to unlock the same Prestige again in Season 2. Additionally, players will earn an Emblem and additional rewards with Prestige 1. Players will unlock Prestige 1 at Rank 56, and from there will be able to accept challenges to earn rewards. In other words, your Prestige Rank does not reset after each season. The key selling point of the revamped Seasonal Prestige system is that you can earn and maintain a Prestige Rank across all seasons. Eventually when players reach level 100 I want a process I call “Prestige” to happen. So I want to make a level system where players get 100 xp per kill and it takes 1000 xp to level up.
